Zavedení vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na vypracování vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. V teoretické části je zpracována základní charakteristika vnitropodnikových směrnic, legislativní vymezení, jejich náležitosti a jejich význam. Dále je představena společnost, ve které se bude navrhovat vytvoření základních vnitropodnikových směrnic dle potřeby společnosti, a v neposlední řadě jejich zavedení. Tyto vypracované vnitropodnikové směrnice by mohly posloužit společnosti jako nástroj pro lepší vnitřní řízení.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of internal guidelines in a limited liability company. In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis there is a processing of basic characteristic internal guidelines, legislative definition of terms and their importance. And then there is introduce of company in which it will propose the creation of basic internal guidelines by that, which of them They need. At least there is introduction and this development internal guidelines could serve at the company like a thing by which of that can be better internal management.
