Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed on the soil seed bank in post-mining landscape disturbed by human activities. Dump Ema and Bezruč were chosen as an examined area. First, the studied area is described, its natural and anthropogenic conditions. Also, the use of soil seed bank in reclamation is theoretically described. Theme of soil seed bank is processed. The theoretical knowledge was subsequently used in practipal part, which also include phytosociological imaging. The results of soil seed bank collections were compared with the above-ground vegetation, which appeared on the dumps and the theoretical knowledge from the research part of the bachelor thesis was used.
