Abstract
The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the state of corporate social responsibility in Czech
Republic and in selected countries abroad. The theoretical part deals with the progressive
development of the CSR concept, in which are defined possible benefits for business,
arguments for and against corporate social responsibility. The practical part is devoted to
mapping the practice of CSR activities in Czech Republic and european countries. Hers
second part analyzes on the basis of the acquired business data and communication with the
personnel department, level of the corporate social responsibility in the chosen company.
Finally, there are formulated reccomendations by leading to the improvement of the current
state of CSR practises of the organization.
