Abstract
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to assess the financial situation of a selected company using standard methods of financial analysis and to evaluate its financial health over the analysed period. The selected company is JYSK s.r.o., which operates on the Czech market in the field of retail sale of home furnishings and furniture as part of the international JYSK Group. The choice of this company is based on its significant market position, the availability of accounting data, and the interesting development of its financial results in recent years.
