Abstract
The thesis is focused on the analysis of the marketing communication mix insurance company Kooperativa and its perception of the present state. The changes and recommendations are suggested on the account of this thesis. The presentation of the optimal state of the communication mix is also enforced. Part of the thesis is also dedicated to the rating of the insurable market and the company itself . The ascertained findings are summarized and evaluated . The most important results of the analysis are signalized in the conclusion of the thesis.
