Měření výskytu nanočástic v pracovním ovzduší se zaměřením na dřevozpracující a strojírenský průmysl

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of nanoparticles in the working atmosphere. In the first part, it analyses the basic concepts needed to understand the topic itself and describes a double view of nanotechnology, because besides to its widespread use, it also carries certain risks. It further describes the specific risks to human health associated with the inhalation of nanoparticles. The experimental part describes materials that are used in selected companies. It also presents and comments the measured results of numerical concentrations of nanoparticles and their mean diameters in order to determine how large number of nanoparticles are exposed to employees in the workplace. In the final part, it presents the results with possible proposals for elimination the occurrence of nanoparticles.
