Abstract

This dissertation discribes the proces of the legalization of criminal activity profit in The Czech Republic, including the laws. It characterizes the legalization itself, the motivation and methods by two models. It analyses the critical part of the legalization and finally defines principles and methods, which can be implement into the company organizational structure. If the company would isnsist on these principles, it will bring the elimination of such phenomen. Key
