Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the rate, reasons and consequences of employees´ fluctuation in the organization Vítkovice IT Solutions a.s. and to propose a recommendation leading to reduce of fluctuation. The basis of this thesis is theoretical knowledge about human resource management and personnel turnover. As a result of the analysis are discovered main causes of the fluctuation in the organization Vítkovice IT Solutions a.s. Based on this facts the author suggested several precautions, which should reduce the fluctuation in the future.
