Abstract

The thesis deals with the application of new remuneration system for blue collars in a chosen manufacturing company. In the first part of this thesis are introduced used professional methods. These methods are analysis, classification method, order of jobs method, scoring method and market comparison method. In the second part are clarified theoretical basis, which relate to the problematics of remuneration. These theoretical findings are further applied in the analytical part and practical part. Analytical part contains characteristics of company. Using analysis was also done detailed description of jobs status, job descriptions and wage structure. With this analysis were discovered shortcomings of remuneration system of the company. Based on finding these shortcomings was, with the usage of chosen methods, created suggestions and recommendations for improvement. Purpose of this thesis was to suggest functional, transparent and fair remuneration system for blue collars. This purpose have been achieved and suggested remuneration system was aplied in the company
