Etický audit ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to do an ethical audit in a selected company. The theoretical part of the paper is about ethics in general. Terms ethics, morality and law are defined and there are described a few traditional and contemporary ethical theories. In the next part of theory are described reasons for ethical behaviour and some frames for implementing ethics into business activities. The practical part contains analysis of intradepartmental documents, services portfolio and organizational culture. The audit itself aims to check managerial style, transparency towards to stakeholders and organizational climate. The outputs of this paper are recommendations to the management of the organization for continous improving of ethical behaviour in business.
