Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analisys of the current state of the department of Research and Development and the posibility of introducing some methods of quality planning, especially FMEA. The aim of this work is to show some options of improving the design process and improving the cooperation with other departments. The opening part focuses on the description of the methods in quality planning. The practical part contains the introduction of the company and is accompanied by a technical report, which is focused on the analysis of the current state and suggestions for improvement.
