Ověření tělesné zdatnosti hasičů metodou VO2max

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá ověřením tělesné zdatnosti hasičů metodou VO2max. Srovnává hodnoty této metody měřené spiroergometrií a chodeckým testem s hodnotami klasické metody získanými při každoročním ověřování tělesné zdatnosti příslušníků HZS, která se používá nyní. Práce popisuje historii, problematiku a možnosti testování tělesné zdatnosti. Zabývá se podrobným popisem klasické metody a metody VO2max. Na závěr je provedeno porovnání naměřených hodnot obou metod a výsledné zhodnocení možných přínosů uplatnění metody VO2max v praxi při ověření tělesné zdatnosti příslušníků HZS.

The thesis deals with the verification of physical fitness of firefighters by VO2max. This method compares the values measured spiroergometry and a pedestrian test with values obtained by classical methods during the annual verification of physical fitness members of the Fire and Rescue Service, which is used now. The work describes the history issue and the possibility of testing physical fitness. It deals with a detailed description of classical methods and methods of VO2max. In conclusion, the comparison of the measured values of both methods and the resulting appreciation of the potential benefits of applying methods of VO2max in practice to verify the physical condition of HZS members.
