Abstract

The thesis is focused on marketing research of customer satisfaction of HORIZONT – NARE s.r.o. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains basic information relating to marketing research such as its species, phases, histories and methods. It also includes basic customer information and customer satisfaction methods. The second part of the thesis, which is practical, deals with customer satisfaction research, where a questionnaire form is carried out. The data obtained are analysed through a questionnaire and used to evaluate the analysis. Following the evaluation of the analysis, proposals and recommendations are presented to improve the situation and address shortcomings in society.
