Abstract
The theme of thesis is the automation of invoices in the company. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. It deals with the basics of business intelligence, business processes, enterprise systems and enterprise content management. The practical part describes how to improve the business process - invoice processing, where the concrete steps were the direct archiving of email client Lotus Notes into SAP.
