Abstract
The diploma thesis and its main target is to analyze current situation of claiming tax debts by groups of legal entity with references to the valid legislation, introduce dilemma of claiming tax arrears by view of tax administrator with suggestion of effective solution by claiming tax debts by groups of legal entity.
