Finanční analýza společnosti VÚHŽ, a.s.

Abstract

The diploma´s thesis follows up the financial analysis of the company VÚHŽ, a.s. The aim of this thesis is the financial analysis and evaluation of the financial health of company as during the period 2011-2015. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical parts deals with the characteristics of company VÚHŽ, which describes primarily the basic data and organizational structure and theoretical definition of financial analysis. Theoretical definition contains horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, Du-Pont pyramidal decomposition and bonit and bankruptcy models. Practical part deals of aplication teoreticals definitions on VÚHŽ company. On the basis of these results are determined proposals and recommendations.
