Zhodnocení vývoje rentability a zadluženosti společnosti KORS, s. r. o.

Abstract

This work deals with evaluation development of profitability and indebtedness of the company KORS, s. r. o. in years 2010 – 2014. The work consists two parts. First one is theoretical and the second one is practical. In first part is described financial analysis methodology dealing with users, sources of information and methods of financial analysis. In second part is introduced company KORS, s.r.o. including a SWAT analysis. There is also a horizontal and vertical analysis using financial statements and analysis of the profitability and indebtedness including pyramidal decomposition of selected indicators. In conclusion, the thesis is an overall evaluation of the development of profitability and debt and determine appropriate recommendations for improving the financial health of the company.
