Analýza managementu malé organizace

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor work is the management of small organization. The bachelor thesis is devided into four parts. The first one focuses on the description of the concepts associated with the management of the organization, the second one of the introduction of the copany Galerie pro každého & Kreativní studio. The third part consists of analysis of the organization´s management and the fourth one of the recommendations and suggestions. The aim of this work is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the surrounding firm, to identify gaps and putting proposals and recommendations which would be beneficial for the company. For this purpose we use the method of participant observation and interviews with the owner of the organization. In conclusion I present possible solutions to increase customer numbers.
