Analýza prostředí organizace jako základ pro tvorbu strategie

Abstract

The objective of this graduation thesis is an analysis of environment of civic society Duha – society of children and youth for spare time, nature and entertainment. Analysis would serve to organization as a basis for the strategy creation. Partial objective of this graduation thesis is an identification of vision and objectives of the organization.

As a basic methodics for analysis creation PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces analysis for external analysis were chosen. In internal environment strengths and weaknesses were identified by Value chain. Synthesis of results then consists of SWOT analysis with SW support in spreadsheet application Excel.
