Abstract

STUDENÝ, D.: Vila Barob, The Bachelor Thesis, Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2024. Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. This bachelor thesis focuses on developing project documentation for the construction of a villa for the former professional footballer Milan Barob. The proposal is located in the area of Hrubkové Sadu in the municipal district of Ostrava-Muglinov. The villa design is based on a previous architectural study carried out as part of the Studio Creation V course, following up on a project from the third semester. Both of these works were supervised by Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. The construction drawing documentation is based on the Studio Creation V course under the supervision of Mrs. Ing. Nikola VavZínová. This bachelor thesis consists of two parts: textual and drawing. The scope of the work corresponds to the assignment. The chosen specialization of the work focuses on architectural detail.
