Stanovení modelů ratingu v odvětví stavebnictví

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení modelů ratingu v odvětví stavebnictví. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní charakteristiky ratingu a finanční analýzy. V následující kapitole jsou vysvětleny vícerozměrné statistické modely, které jsou použity pro predikci bankrotu. Zvolenými metodami jsou lineární regrese, diskriminační analýza a logistická regrese. V praktické části jsou dané metody aplikovány na vzorek 60-ti firem pro období 2003 – 2007. Polovina firem je definována jako zbankrotované firmy a druhá polovina jako firmy nezbankrotované. Závěrem práce je určen model, který nejlépe predikuje bankrot v odvětví stavebnictví.

The main of Diploma thesis is the determination of rating models in the construction building sector. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part is described the main characteristics of the rating and financial analysis. In the following chapter are explained multidimensional statistical methods, which is used for predicting bankruptcy. Selected methods are linear regresion, dicriminant analysis and logistic regression. In the practical part are applied selected models on sample of 60 firms for the period 2003 – 2007. One half of these firms are defined as „bankrupt companies“ and other half as „non-bankrupt companies“. The conclusion of the thesis is choosed the model that the best predict bancrupty in building sector.
