Abstract

The theoretical part ofthis thesis cocntains basic facts about benchmarking. This part is dividend into four chapters: the concept and importace of benchmarking, metodology the benchmarking, ethics and errors benchmarking. The practical part deals with the application of theory to practice, either directly to the management. Implementation will be through a questionnaires and interviews and subsequent evaluation and a set of conclusions.
