Nákupní centrum

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám vypracováním stavební dokumentace pro realizaci stavby dle zadané studie objektu nákupního centra včetně tepelně technického posouzení. Navržený objekt je obdélníkového půdorysu. Objekt je částečně podsklepen a má jedno nadzemní podlaží. Zastřešení objektu je navrženo plochou střechou. V přízemí se nachází prodejna potravin a prodejna oděvů včetně jejich provozních místností (sklady, hygienické zařízení, kancelář, aj.). V suterénu se nachází technický prostor a sklad.

The thesis deals with the development of construction documents for the construction project as a study object Shopping Centre including thermal engineering judgment. The proposed building is rectangular in plan. The building has a partial basement and has one floor. Roofed building is designed with a flat roof. There is a grocery and clothing stores including operating rooms (storage, sanitation, office, etc.). In the basement there is a utility room and storage.
