Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the problem of permeability of high density polyethylene in the heat pump borehole equipment. High density polyethylene is one of the most widely used polymers in the industry. In this case is polyethylene used for the manufacturing tubes for equipment of the heat pumps.
Heat pumps can be built anywhere in the Czech Republic. Risk areas are areas with the presence of natural gas in the deposits or in the rock enviromet.
Leakage of methane to the equipment of the borehole and to the expansion vessel of the heating system is the problem which this thesis is focused on.
