This work treat of problems taking the car in to the business. Predominately I deal with acquisition on credit or contract hire.
In the first part are determinate the possible ways of financing and legislation related to that.
Further work survey on contract hire or credit and advantages or disavantages from
that manner acquisition resulting.
Third pivotal chapter is devoted tax problems in connection with usage car in business.
In terms of last parts those work is theory digestedly visible in practical instances apply to fictitious company WOODCZECH Ltd.
Problems acquisition car to the business is very extensive and at option way financing it depends on concrete conditions of each company.
