Abstract

Application Design for Software Support IT Services according to ITIL The goals of this graduation these is to analyze information system ServiceBase, operated in Crux IT s.r.o. company, according to standards described in ITIL and to create concept from acquired information and standard ITIL publication. Concept is focused on changes, which are required to independence of Release Management module. Chapter “Theoretic data of SW support IT services” describes structure ITIL standard and relevant information it consists. There is described using of UML language too. Chapter “Analyze user needs in domain IT services for small and medium businesses” describes actual state of information system ServiceBase with targeting to Release Management module and pointing some defections. Chapter “Design SW support” contains design of changes for process independence of actual Release Management module.
