Vzájemné zálohování uzlů 110kV/vn v ostravské aglomeraci s využitím sítí vn

Abstract

The thesis deals with the dimensioning of the power grids and with the outages. The types of the outages, the possible reasons of their occurrance, failure duration and the clearing time are described. The outages the current consumers temporary or lasting restraints. According to the valid legislation the consumer can under certain condition claim a compensation for the loss of earnings. For Ostrava agglomeration the 110 kV/MV distribution points are selected. The problem of their outages in case of failure of some of the elements of the power system (transformer 400/110 kV, high voltage line 110 kV and transformer 110/22 kV eventually 110/10 kV) is solved. The backup is carried out by means of handling in the high-voltage system 110 kV and in mid-voltage networks.
