Rožnov pod Radhoštěm – územní studie lokality „Dolní Dráhy“

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is the design of buildings by family houses in a development zone in the southeastern part of the commune. The area is located between the streets Dolní Dráhy a Sluneční. Territorial study is processed with regard to planning and technical conditions in accordance with the local plan of the town Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and using desktop for individual housing. The proposal contains two variants of which the best is further elaborated in more detail. Part of the study is urban solutions with an emphasis on proper form and orientation of the proposed houses. The solution includes design the technical and transportation, infrastructure visualization and assessment of the financial costs.
