Návrh využití plochy bývalého výrobního závodu SVIT ve Velkém Meziříčí

Abstract

This thesis describes the design of a new use of an area near the city center. The vacant area around the buildings complex SVIT suggest appropriate park visitors used shops and public buildings in the town square. The plaza area is interconnected bridges across the river and the passage of the installation. The same area suggest amenities object specifying the priority for distribution of consumer goods and services. Parking spaces may be located in the underground garage. Creating two different proposals shopping center should achieve effective use of empty space and improve the services and opportunities that the city offers large Meziříčí.
