Abstract

Plastic deformation leads to hardening of deformed material. After definite time in material start proceed restoration processes (recovery,recrystallization), who recover original tensile properties. Restoration processes can be described mathematically by kinetics of softening processes. This thesis deals with describing of these processes on base of real rolling schedule. Determining of austenitic grain size follows. On this basis, the flow chart was created. MS EXCEL 2003 was used for computing of kinetics of softening processes. Equations from different types of literature were investigate and then graphs for some outputs values were created, especially grain size. Finally it was necessary to choose most suitable sources of literature, determine graphic dependence of grain size on different outputs values and make some conclusion.
