Abstract
The thesis deal with evaluation criteria, qualifications of candidates and deadline for the award of the contract and evaluations of public procurement. The aim is to describe and analyze used evaluation criterias and required qualifying hypothesis together with deadline for selected segment of public contracts of the national economy. By to the number of data from analysis of the file, we assess the suitability for their use, find any weaknesses, describe them and recommend solutions to problems arising with appropriate advices.
