Abstract
The subject of the thesis is to measure and verify the technical accuracy of long-term function of blood shakers in Blood center, University Hospital Ostrava. This work deals with sensing, processing and subsequent analysis of the signal containing information about the vibration of the grate in shakers. Accelerometers are used to capture these signals. Measured data are then transmitted wirelessly using the ZigBee technology from the mixer to the computer where the data are transmitted via TCP/IP communications to a distant server to a database of measurement. The data from the server are then shared by clients for processing results. As a measurement, visualization and communication software was used LabVIEW, which allows connection and communication with the created database. Data retrieved from the database are analyzed using the programme MATLAB in the next part of this thesis.
