Vyhodnocení finančního zdraví ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku finanční analýzy, přičemž je zaměřena na zhodnocení finančního zdraví obchodní společnosti Démos trade, a.s. v komparaci s konkurencí. V teoretické části byla uvedena základní hlediska související s tímto tématem a cílem práce bylo stanovit míru finanční stability dané obchodní společnosti. V této práci došlo k použití metody analýzy, regrese a komparace. Závěrem lze stanovit, že Démos trade, a.s. dosahuje významného postavení na trhu a konkurenční výhoda spočívá hlavně v rentabilitě, tedy ziskovosti. V oblastech likvidity a aktivity by mělo dojít k mírnému zlepšení, přesto v komparaci s konkurencí dosahuje nejefektivnějších výsledků. Data byly zpracovány na základě výročních zpráv hlavní analyzované společnosti, uvedené konkurence a interních zdrojů Démos trade, a.s.

The diploma theses solves the issue of financial analysis, which is focused on the evaluation of the financial health of the trading company Demos trade plc. in comparison with the competition. In the theoretical part are listed the basic aspects related to this topic and aim of this thesis was determine the degree of financial stability of the trading company.
