Analýza využívání statistických metod při kontrole chemického složení vzorků

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the measurement systems in the testing center Enviform a. s. The theoretic part of this thesis explains the basic assumptions about the data file, samples characteristics, measurement systems analysis and optical emissions spectrometry. In the practical part of the thesis, are the data validated in terms of normality and homogeneity. Further, the control charts using appropriate validated measuring system stability and control limits were calculated. In the conclusion are given preventive and remedial measures to improve the stability of the measurement system.
