Abstract
The Polish trade characterised by a more and more prominent tendency towards capital and organisational concentration resulting mainly from globalisation processes and growing expansion of world trade capital. More and more small and medium Polish enterprises decide to form or join an already existing trade network. The article presents the logistic aspects of participation in domestic trade networks operating mainly on the basis of franchise agreements.
