Územní studie rozvojové plochy „Janová“

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is the designs by family houses in a development zone in municipal district Polanka nad Odrou. The area is located between the streets Ostravská, Janovská a Mezi Lány. Tehe urban study is processed with regard to planning and technical conditions in accordance with the master plan of the city of Ostrava and the using desktop for individual housing. The proposal contains two variants of witch the best is furter elaborated in more detail. Part of the study is urban solutions with an emphasis on proper form and orientation of the proposed houses. The solution includes design of technical and transportation infrastructure, visualization and assessment of the financial costs.
