Priemysel 4.0 a vývoj trhu práce v Českej republike

Abstract

V súvislosti s vývojom nových technológií sa hovorí o štvrtej priemyselnej revolúcií. Rovnako ako predchádzajúce revolúcie, aj táto bude mať vplyv na trh práce. Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na vývoj trhu práce Českej republiky, jeho zmeny v štruktúre zamestnanosti, ktoré môžu nastať pri realizácií priemyslu 4.0. Pre naplnenie cieľa je zvolená metóda porovnávania rôznych predikcií. Záverom práce je, že dôjde k zmene požadovaných kvalifikácií a výrazne sa zvýši pozornosť na sektor informačných a komunikačných technológií, ktorý bude mať na trhu práce najväčší potenciál.

In the context of the development of new technologies, it is said about the fourth industrial revolution. As well as the previous revolution, this revolution will have an influence on the labour market. This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of the labour market in the Czech republic, its changes in the structure of employment, which may occur with the realisation of industry 4.0. To fulfil the aim the method of comparing different predictions is chosen. The conclusion to the thesis is that there will be a change in the required qualifications and the attention to the information and communications sector, which will have the greatest potential on the labour market, will significantly increase
