Title of thesis: Office building

Potůčková, K.: Design of an Office Building with a Café and Public Space, Ostrava : VŠB - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, Thesis supervisor: Svatoš, J., Riedlová, K. The thesis will be based on the urban design of an office building with public space by Aulík Fišer architekti. The complex is located in the area of Palmovka in Prague 8, around the former train station Libeň - dolní nádraží. The buildings will be primarily intended for administration with additional services on the ground floor. The thesis deals with the design of an office building with commercial space on the ground floor, where a café will be located. The building will also include an underground car park. The thesis will also include the design of a public space in the immediate vicinity of the building, which will be intended not only for employees but also for the general schema_dspacedb.
