Ekonomická analýza zemních strojů používaných v důlně doplňkové mechanizaci na Severočeských dolech – Doly Nástup Tušimice

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je ekonomická analýza zemních strojů používaných v důlně doplňkové mechanizaci na Severočeských dolech – Doly Nástup Tušimice. V práci je nejprve popisována charakteristika povrchové těžby uhlí na SD – DNT a druhy technologických celků, které jsou využívané na uhelných lomech a na skrývkových řezech. Další kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou používaných prostředků DDM na DNT. Následující část práce je věnována vstupním datům, která jsou použita pro analýzu zemních strojů používaných na DDM. Pátá a šestá kapitola je samotná analýza nákladů spojených s provozem DDM a výkonem strojů a jejich efektivity. V poslední části je uvedeno celkové hodnocení jednotlivých kategorií strojů dle výsledků provedené analýzy. Z hodnocení vyplývá i návrh pro výběrová řízení na nákup nových zemních strojů pro DDM - DNT.

The economic analysis of earth moving machines used in additional mechanization section of the Severočeské doly – Doly Nástup Tušimice Mine is a theme of the thesis. The characteristics of open pit coal mining in the SD – DNT Mine and technological complexes used in coal quarries and overburden faces are described first in the thesis. Further chapter deals with characteristics of mechanical means used in additional mechanization section in the DNT Mine. Following part of the thesis concerns input data which are used for analysis of earth moving machines used in the AMS. The fifth and sixth chapters are the analysis itself of the costs of the AMS operation, machine output and their efficiency. A general evaluation of single machine categories based on the analysis carried on is stated in the final part. A proposal for competitive tenders for earth moving machine purchase to the AMS – DNT Mine is implied from the evaluation.
