Abstract

Bachelor thesis supervisor: Ing. Nikola Vavřínová The main goal of my bachelor thesis was the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Brumovice. The building is designed as a four-story partially basement building with a masonry construction system and a flat vegetated roof. The proposed building will serve as permanent housing for the city´s residents. The bachelor thesis was prepared according to the proposed atteched study. The two main subjects of the work are the technical report on the construction part and the drawing part. The bachelor thesis also includes a thermal assessment of the roof structure and a simplified calculation of the selected static part. The central foundation strip, one of the ceramic lintels and the design and assessment of the reinforced concrete lintel were assessed.
