Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the position of people with disabilities in the labour market. Describes their support from the state and the laws to protect them. It also describes tax breaks that employers and people with disabilities can apply. At the same time, it deals with discrimination against disabled people. The thesis also includes a description of a company that employs a greater number of disabled people and provides substitute performance and evaluates its prosperity. Research focuses on the practical experience of people with disabilities in employment, work, workplace discrimination. As a result, it is found that up to 75% of respondents have experience of discrimination. It will also evaluate disabled people's awareness of the benefits to the state they are entitled to.
