Abstract

The graduation thesis describes the system of used battery return resulting from so called The Principle Of Producers´ Responsibility implemented to the Czech legislation. It is focused on the used battery return in Žatec - I analyse individual places for refuse collection, household awareness of systematic collection and salvage procedure/recycling of used batteries and accumulators. The purpose is to identify optimal means of effectively enhancement in refuse collection by virtue of question-forms by a selected citizen sample and then evaluate individual collection spots.
