Abstract
In my bachelor thesis I’ll deal with the topic of risk management in tertiary education. At the introduction I’ll mention of basic concepts such as quality, quality management system, risk, tertiary sector, etc. Afterwards, I‘ll devote itself risk management. Listing of types and kinds of risks and analyze that threaten VSB-TUO. Using Pareto analysis I’ll evaluate the risks that are the most serious and suggest to them preventive or corrective measures.
