Abstract

How to optimally regulate supplies in Škoda Vagonka plc. is the main objective for my dissertation work. My disseration deals with any potential problems connected with effectiveness of supplies and why such problems might arise. My work also concentrates on finding possible solutions for easing such problems. This dissertation work has Theoretical and Practical Part. The Theoretical one deals with general supplies, described are all links to supplying. The Practical one concentrates on individual methods in a given company. Basic information about company is at the beginning of my dissertation , found can also be analysis of all supplies over the years. The actual company evaluation is towards the end of my work.
