Abstract
The subject of the thesis "Utility Business Process Outsourcing" is preparation of the outsourcing from perspective of the provider. The theoretical part focuses on the areas and forms of outsourcing, advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing from the perspective of the providers. The practical part is aimed at drafting supply company in the cleaning activities and uses the methods of assessing the financial health of companies providing cleaning services.
