Interaktivní služby, standardy a protokoly v aplikacích

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with characteristic features of interactive services and instruments necessary for their qualitative realization. The aim of the thesis is to provide the analysis of this kind of services, as well as to describe adequate utilization of particular standards and protocols related to them. The thesis shows how to practically use different types of interactive services. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to review of the quality of services by means of objective indicators and parameters with their recommended values which might be different from a specific type of service.
