Analýza konkurence cateringové společnosti

Abstract

Title of bachelor´s work is Competitor analysis of catering company. Purpose of this work is to specify major competitors of the company, to compare the company GOLIS-limited company with other competitors and identify missing services so that the company GOLIS can satisfy requirements of customers. The catering company GOLIS-limited company, which has its headquarters in Ostrava, was chosen for my work. From analyses of chosen methods and market research was found out that the company is in a strong position. In conclusion, it is essential to improve and extend offered services to customers, to increase capacity of employees, to extend technical facilities and to separate catering activity from other activities of the company.
