Územní studie plochy přestavby P6 podél ulice Slezská v Českém Těšíně

Abstract

The task of this thesis was to design appropriate use rebuilding area P6 in Český Těšín along the street Slezská. The area was designated the master plan of the location of mass housing. The thesis in the version addressed urban design of buildings housing estates with connections to utilities and transportation. Selected objects were developed in the volume study and illustrated in the drawings of the floors, sections, elevations and visualization. In this thesis were described theoretical background, current status, and broader relations of territory located photos. Both variants were calculated approximate costing. In conclusion, both variants were evaluated.
