Výpočet budoucích nákladů na sanaci a rekultivaci území dotčeného těžbou v lomu Tetín

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the calculation of the estimate future costs for the rehabilitation and restoration of the land affected by mined territory effected till 2040 for the LOMY MOŘINA spol. s r. o. compay. Based on the rehabilitation and restoration plan issued in 2018, these works are valued at the current price level. The following is an evaluation of possible aspects that will affect the cost of remediation and reclamation costs in the future. The estimation of construction costs is performed by a method of prediction which is based on extrapolation.
