Stanovení vhodných nástrojů a metod pro zlepšování výkonnosti stávajícího systému managementu kvality

Abstract

Thesis Theme: Determination of Appropriate Methods and Instruments for QMS Improvement. First of all I analyzed usage of the methods and tools in the company OKD a.s., Ostrava. The result was, that this company knows a lot of methods and instruments, but either is not used at all or working with it partially. Therefore I tried to show on concrete examples how to work with the cause and effect diagram and internal audits more efficiently, in order to achieve good results for the company, secondly how it is possible to improve their assessment. I also propose a new instrument that the company still did not apply. I decided for benchmarking, which presents a comparison with other competitors, possibly the best on the market, and that might help the company in its further improvement.
